About Bay Harbor
The Bay Harbor Yacht Club is a commanding presence on Bay Harbor Lake, a 90 acre sheltered harbor with direct access to Lake Michigan and Little Traverse Bay. Styled in the native stone and timber of Northern Michigan, the club is the social center for the entire Bay Harbor community.
Owned and operated to Boyne USA Resorts, Bay Harbor Golf Club is internationally recognized and ranked among the best in the country. The challenging Arthur Hills-designed course earns respect and praise from all that encounter its 27 championship holes. Three courses – The Quarry, The Links, and The Preserve – demand the best your game has to offer, and the facilities of the clubhouse are consistent with the same high standards set by the course.
Everything having to do with horses takes place at the Bay Harbor Equestrian Club. The 42,000 square foot stable offers a heated Olympic-size arena, viewing rooms, member’s lounge, snack bar, spacious stalls and grooming and tack areas.
The Inn at Bay Harbor is the centerpiece of the Village at Bay Harbor. The setting at the water’s edge and trappings of Victorian splendor evoke the heritage and style of late 19th century Northern Michigan lakefront hotels. Owned and operated by Boyne USA Resorts, the Inn is adjacent to a charming cottage community with easy access to downtown Bay Harbor, called the Village at Bay Harbor.
The Village is a dynamic interpretation of a 19th century waterfront village, complete with modern day amenities and conveniences such as, a bank, gourmet market, galleries, restaurants and coffee houses for fine and casual dining, boutique shops of all kinds, the Bay Harbor History Museum and large full-service public marina with 120 flotation docks.
